Cheese Cornbread 

Ingredients (6 Serving)

 

¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

½ tsp salt (Suggested)

½ sugar (Suggested)

1 cup polenta

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 eggs

1 ½ cup milk

6 tbsp butter, melted

 

Directions (Prep + Cook Time: 30 mins)

 

-Function: Bake

-Temperature: 350℉

-Fan Speed: Low

-Grease a baking pan with cooking spray. Combine shredded cheddar, salt, sugar, polenta, flour, baking powder and mix together well. Then, mix eggs, milk, and butter in another bowl. Fold in the flour mixture and stir to combine. Pour it all together in the baking pan and cook in the fryer for 17-19 minutes until golden brown. Wait for it cool and start serving!

Breakfast Banana Bread

Ingredients (2 Serving)

 

1 cup flour

¼ tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup sugar

2 mashed bananas

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

¾ cup chopped walnuts

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp sour cream

Directions (Prep+ Cook Time: 30 minutes)

 

-Function: Bake

-Temperature: 330℉

-Fan Speed: Low

-Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Then, combine the sugar, bananas, oil, egg, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and sour cream. Mix both and stir in chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and nice. Ready to serve!

Prosciutto & Mozzarella Bruschetta  1064

Ingredients (2 Servings)

 

½ cup tomatoes, finely chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried basil

3 prosciutto slices, chopped,

3 oz mozzarella cheese, grated

6 small French bread slices

 

Directions (Prep + Cook Time: 8 minutes)

 

-Function: Air Fry

-Temperature: 350℉

-Fan Speed: Low

-Add in the bread slices and toast for 3 minutes. Remove and top the bread with tomatoes, prosciutto and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle basil all over and drizzle with olive oil. After that, put it back to air fryer and cook for 1-2 minutes, just to heat through. Ready to Serve!

Spicy Eggs & Bacon Tortilla Wraps 1255

Ingredients (3 Servings)

 

1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, grated

2 eggs, scrambled

3 flour tortillas

3 slices bacon, cut into strips,

3 tbsp salsa

3 tbsp cream cheese

 

Directions (Prep + Cook Time: 15 minutes)

 

-Functions: Air Fry

-Temperature: 390℉

-Spread the cream cheese on the tortillas, add the eggs and bacon and top with salsa. Scatter over the grated cheese and roll up lightly. Place in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes or until nice and golden. Ready to serve!

Onion & Cheddar Omelet

Ingredients (2 Serving)

 

½ onion, sliced

1 tsp soy sauce

3 tbsp cheddar cheese, grated

4 eggs

 

Directions (Prep + Cook Time: 15 minutes)

 

-Function: Bake

-Temperature: 350℉

-Whisk the eggs with soy sauce and mix in onion. Pour the egg mixture in a greased baking pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Top with the grated cheddar cheese. Better to serve right away with tomato salad or freshly chopped scallions.

Air Fried Shirred Eggs

Ingredients (2 Servings)

 

¼ tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tsp butter

2 tbsp heavy cream

2 tsp chopped chives

3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

4 eggs

4 hams

 

Directions (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

 

-Function: Air Fry

-Temperature: 320℉

-Arrange the ham slices on the bottom of a greased pie pan to cover it completely. Whisk one egg along with the heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Then, pour the mixture over the ham slices. Crack the other eggs on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Air Fry for 14 minutes. Garnish with paprika and fresh chives and ready to serve.

Chili Hash Browns

Ingredients (4 Servings)

 

Cooking spray

1 tbsp olive oil

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 pound potatoes, peeled and shredded

Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Directions (Prep + Cook Time: 25 minutes)

 

-Function: Air Fry

-Temperature: 350℉

-Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and saute potatoes for 10 minutes; transfer to a bowl. After they have cooled, add in the egg, black pepper, salt, chili flakes, onion powder, and garlic powder; mix well. After that, spread the mixture and pat firmly with you fingers in a flat plate. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Shape the cooled into patties and grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the patties in. Cook for 12 minutes and flipping once. Ready to serve!

Mango Bread

Ingredients (6 Serving)

 

½ cup butter, melted

½ cup brown sugar

½ tsp grated nutmeg

½ tsp ground cinnamon

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

1 ½ cup plain flour

3 ripe mango, mashed

 

Directions (Prep + Cook Time: 30 minutes)

-Function: Bake

-Temperature: 330℉

-Line a loaf tin with baking paper. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, egg, sugar, vanilla, and mango. Sift in flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and ground cinnamon and stir without overmixing. Pour the batter into the tin and place it in the air fryer. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 330℉. Then cool before slicing and ready to serve.

Potato & Spinach Omelet

Ingredients (4 Servings)

 

¼ heavy cream

1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

2 cup spinach, chopped

2 tbsp parsley, chopped, 3 cup potato cubes, boiled

5 eggs, lightly beaten

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

 

Direction (Prep + Cook Time: 35 minutes)

 

-Function: Bake

-Temperature: 400℉

-Spread the potato cubes on the greased air fryer basket. Combine whisk eggs, heavy cream, spinach, mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Cook for 16 minutes on Bake until nice and golden. Served topped with fresh thyme.
